SaaS Platform || Reverse Job Board
Overview
Traditional job boards primarily focus on candidates applying for jobs. This approach often lacks personalization and can overwhelm both job seekers and employers with irrelevant options. The reverse job board allows candidates to highlight their skills, preferences, and career goals, enables employers to actively search and reach out to them.
Challenges
Specificity of the niche impacts onboarding process and job search;
The job board is not a freelance panel and is focused on full-time employment;
Balance features for both job seekers and employers.
Goals
Simplify onboarding and profile creation for both roles.
Design a dual-flow interface (employer + candidate).
Deliver an interactive prototype for investor & development validation.
Target Audience
Job seekers
Employers
Recruiters

What was done:
Product-owner interview to define MVP scope, features, and role separation.
Competitive analysis (LinkedIn, other reverse job platforms) to determine the flow.
Dual user journey mapping: candidate vs employer user flows.
Hi-fi prototypes + sitemap for client validation.
At MVP stage, hypotheses were based on qualitative insights and stakeholder input rather than user testing
